Hello My wife is in USA, on L2. I am on L1B. Our visa currently is valid for another 2 more months only. I just sent our documents for extension to my employer, who inturn will apply for an extension.
Considering the above case, is it possible for my wife, who is on L2, can apply for a EAD?
If we get the approval for I-94, then the policy state we can stay for 240 days after I-94 expiry. Please advice.
