apply EAD & 485 for my wife

HI,
Currently my I-140 approved, and I am working for company A. But I hv filed H1-b for my wife through company B( H4 to H1 transfer). Still she is not working.

Can I apply EAD & I-485 for her? Pls suggest me If I can apply....
