Dear Friends
My company applied for me in EB2 with a futuristic title since we thought it would take that much time for the GC to come through.
I am a Senior consultant right now. The next line promotion is a Principal consultant which is eligible for EB2. (Senior consultant is not eligible for EB2 as per company rules) I am likely to get promoted to Principal Consultant sometime next january.
My labour is approved and I-140 has been applied and recipt recieved.and As you all know the visa numbers are current right now.
Can i apply for I-485 without any issues or will I have to be a Principal consultant to apply for I-485???
