    L2 Visa - EAD - AP

    Hi,

    I m currently on L2-Visa and working here in US with a valid EAD.
    If i plan to go for vacation to India and re-enter USA, Will my EAD expire?
    should i apply for advance parole so that i can continue working after i m back to US?

    Your help is very much appreciated! Thanks.

    you dont need parole that is for people who get EAD through I-485

    and you EAD will not lapse

      But i have another quick question.
      My EAD card shows - "Not valid for RE ENTRY in US". what does that mean? any idea?
