I 485 Stage issues
Hi members,
I travelled to India on my "ADVANCE PAROLE",last sep -06.It expires in july 2007.As my greencardd status is in 485 stage i got an invitation for finger printing,once again to refile.(green card filed in the year 2003-with approved labour).i postponed my finger printing couple of times as iam out of the country.Here i pose a few questions,.can any one plz help me out:
1.can i extend my advance parole.
2.how long n how many times can i postpone my finger printing.
3.What are the problems(if any)that i face if am not able to enter the country for finger printing within the given time(due to personal problems).
4 Can i extend my EAD dated till oct 20(which was issued before refiling).
5.what are the consequences i will have to face if am out of the country.
