Green Card issues Please help me out
Hi members,
I have been living in US past six years.My green card has been filed with approved labour -2003.Now my 485 stage is running. but currently am in India,due to personal problems with my husband.We are planning to divorce each other.I have some doubts to get cleared at this stage of my green card:
1.If at all my husband issues me green card before divorce ,will it be valid after we divorce each other as i will be in single status.
2 Are there any legal issues i will have to face.
3.Are there any compensations i get from him after divorce.
4.As i stated iam in my 485 stage,suppose he disagrees to give me the
greencard,will i be able to still get the green card continuing in single
status from the same satge of 485.
please help me out iam in a lot of troubles....awaiting a positive reply......
