Question on EAD

Hello,

I have a question about applying EAD for my wife. The fee is $180, and what happens incase the application is rejected. Becasue My L1 & My wife's L2 valid only till 15th Aug and I don't know if they reject the EAD application. But I am taking a risk by applying now, but if the fees is refunded then I will take this risk.

The fees is for application not based on decision so it will not be refunded.

My advice if you are filing for extension then file for extension as well as EAD in the same packet
