Wife on H4 wants to return to india after filing I485

HI, I got my labor approval and am filing for I140 and I485 at the same time, wife is planning to be in the US while filing and she is entering the US on an H4. can she go back to india after filing I140 and I485? Or does she have to remain in the US till the EAD is approved? (She also has an L1 appointment which she gets stamped mid July)
2. Does one have to apply for Advanced parole at the time of applying for I485?
3. Once she is back to India and 485 aplication is in process, can she again enter the US on an L1?

She can reenter on L1 after I-485. you dont have to apply for EAD or AP if you still have a valid H1 or L1 to work.

She should wait for I-485 receipt.
