Effect on getting EAD - Change of Location in US

I currently live in Sunnyvale, California. I am on L1 Visa

I am planning to apply EAD for my wife.She has L2 Visa.

The nearest office to apply EAD is located in Sanjose.

I may move out of Sunnyvale after 2 months. It may be inside California State or outside of California.

If I apply EAD and now and move out of Sunnyvale after 1 or 2 months, I have following Questions.

1.Is it that applicant should stay in the same place as that of applying EAD until EAD is received.i.e should we stay in the same Sunnyvale until
my wife gets EAD on hand.

2. Is there a possibilty for making change of address to receive EAD.

3. Does moving out of place ( either in same state or other state) delay the time of getting EAD.

4. If we move out of a state, is it that we need to apply a new application for EAD in the new state.

I am mainly worried that moving out of place will cause delay in getting EAD.

1) NO
2) YES --- u notify the USCIS regd. u r change of adress--call 1 800 number to USCIS
3)No, again it depends..i got in 3 months(with out any hassles..adress change etc..) and my collegue got it in 15 days..
