    EAD extension

    Hi to all,

    Am on L2 with valid EAD.usually how many months prior to the last date of validity can i apply for extension? how much time will the extension take to be in effect? also if i go India will my EAD be INVALID?

    upto 3 -6 months prior to expiry. if you go to india ead will not be invalid but you will have to reenter on L2 for it to stay valid.

      could any one plz tell the procedure for extension of my EAD, am in Phoenix ,Arizona.

        it is just like applying for a new EAD same form etc.
