I have few questions:-
1) I called FBI today to inquire about my biometrics status. They mentioned to me that the last biometrics sent was on July 26 2006 when I had applied for my I485/I765.
What happened to the Biometrics that I had gone for this year on May 24 2007 for I765 renewal? FBI is saying that they never received the biometrics. When I called the USCIS, they are saying that they already sent it and cannot disclose such info.
I wonder whats going on here.
2) Should I consider the "Receipt Date" from the notice or "Notice Date" to calculate the 90 day time period ?
3) I got a letter from Chicago office saying that my Biometrics was transferred to California center for faster processing but I noticed that both California & Chicago are processing applications received as of April 28 2007. What happened to my application originally received on April 16 2007 ?
