Questions Regarding Form I-765 and Form I-485

I am applying for my I-140 and I-485 and had a question regarding form I-765 and Form I-485.

I am on H1-B and myself and my wife, recently got our passports revalidated from the St.Louis Office


For Form I-765

For # 10 in the form "Alien Registration Number (A-Number) or I-94 Number (if any)" .
Is this the no. on the top right of the I-94 ?? and should I use the I-94 # from the latest H1-B approval notice

For #16 I could not find any category for H1-B, what should I enter ?


For Form I-485

In Part 1.

Information about you, there is a question "Expires on" -- is this for I-94 expiration or H1-B visa Expiration date

In Part 3

Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer? is this the one done by the officer when you are entering the country

Appreciate if anyone could answer these.
