Hi,
My H1B visa (and my wife's H4 visa) is valid upto Mar2005. We are planning to visit India from Dec04 to Jan05. We will be back by 25 Jan. So my visa will be valid only for ONE month.
My labor is just approved and I will be filing for concurrent 140/485/131/765 by mid Sept. So I might get my filing receipt but not the approved EAD or AP. I will be traveling from Chicago.
Does anyone know if there might be any problem at the time of entry?
If so what other precautions I should take to avoid any problem.
Your advice/suggestions/experience in this regard is highly appreciated.
