hi all
my H4 has expired. my current AP is valid till Jan 23rd '05. I've already applied for another AP(which i shud recieve any time now) . I am making a trip to India in Nov 04 and coming back on 2nd Feb 05.
I heard I am supposed to return on the same AP as I depart.... i.e., I am travelling to India using my 1st AP and coming back after 23rd Jan(expiry date of 1st AP),...therefore can I use my 2nd AP for entring US?
i am a lil confused....
it'll b gr8 if someone throws light on this............
