Hello all,,,
I am getting ready to apply for my EAD renewal..(I have my I485 application pending..came here on h4 initially); that was pretty straight forward to get done..
Along with that I also wanted to file for my AP, in case I need to go to India sometime..now the form says that you need to explain why an AP should be granted to you along with evidence (!) if possible!!
It gives me the impression that this is only for people who need to travel out on really urgent business...and if I say something like 'to travel to India in the near future' would not only sound lame but also get the application rejected!
is this the only way I can travel out of the country without getting my i485 application in trouble?
Can somebody please help getting around this particular problem?
