Delay EAD/Advacnce parole

Hi,

We have applied for EAd and Advance parole in Dec 2003, till now we haven't received our EAD /Parole. We have shifted to new house in Jan 2004. Is this the reason for delay in processing EAD. I am presently on H4 and my husband on H1. Can anyone tell me about what could go wrong and let me know why this delay for our work permit. Thanks

Delay in EAD

Go to lacal INS office and get the EAD. This is the case noramlly when you change the address.
