I was on H4. Then we applied for EAD and AP and got them. Planning to travel to India. H4 is now expired. Is it ok to travel with EAD and AP when H4 is expired?Though I have an EAD I'm not working. So I can't take any letter from an employer stating I'm just on vacation. Is that Ok?
What all documents are needed at port of entry when I use AP for entry?
