Do I need a letter staing why I need advance parole

Hi there ,
When I apply for advance parole,
Do I have to attach letter stating why I need advance parole.
Meaning, a letter with itinerary and reason for travel, etc.

Is yes,
Is there any sample letter ? Where do I find it ?
To whom I should address ?

I am planning to visit my family,
but having no definite schedule in front of me.

Advance Parole

You dont need a letter to apply for AP. U can just fill out the AP form and submit with the fee. Okie?
