I am travelling to India on 18th August 2007. I do not have a valid H1-B stamping in my passport though I have valid H1-B status until November 2008. I have Advance Parole approval but no EAD. If I come back on Advance Parole document, then can I continue to work for the same employer on my H1-B status or will I need EAD?
