AP approved online but not received by mail

Hi
Yeah!! In my wife's case the Advance parole was approved on march 3rd 2004 according to the online status. We have not received it by mail till date (04/08/2004).
What is the procedure to ask TSC to resend it as we have not received it?
Does it takes more than a month for us to receive the same?
Can we go directly to the TSC with documents and ask them for a copy?

yes u can call Ins custmer service and tell them, they will inform the particular service center and the center wud send u an RFE and u will get ur parole papres, Thsi will take atleast 2 months, I had to go horugh the same, best luck
