Need your valuable suggestions here asap.I am currently working in USA on H1 for an American company. My application for I140 and I485 (EAD and Advanced Parole) was submitted to INS ten days back. Now I have a very good offer to go back to my country (leave USA). I really want to take it. But at the same time I want know what will happen to my GC process and eligibilty to come back to USA in future. What should be my course of action now. Please advice.
