Hello Everyone,
There is some urgent help needed ::
I have a couple of questions :
1. My husband & I both have H1B visa which is expiring on 1st March, we have both got our EAD and AP & are planning to travel to India in Feb & returning in March end. Is it ok to travel on AP with an expired H1B ??
2. I was working with a company which had sponsored my H1B , but I left the company when I got the EAD & now working as independent contractor . My husband is the primary GC applicant , so do I need to apply for H4 for myself ??
3. Does my husband need to apply for h1B extension ? Can he apply for extension after we travel on our AP or can he put an application for extension & still travel on AP ??
PLEASE any help would be appeciated.
