    interim EAD

    Hi,

    I applied for EAD for me and my wife and notice date is Oct 23 ' 2003. We have not got the approval so far.

    1. Is it ok to apply for interim EAD since it is already 90 days since we applied?
    2. Secondly, can my spouse start working immediately on receipt of the same?
