My I485/EAD/AP filing date was 23rd August 03.
My EAD got approved November 03.
My AP got Approved December 03.
All the above dates apply for my Wife also (She is currently on H4).
My Question is, how long can be outside US with my valid EAD and AP approvals. I am going to work in India for my current company, where in I will get paid in US $'s and will pay US taxes for about 8 months. Is there is any restrictions that requires me and my wife to come to US to keep our status current.
Any help in this regard will be grfeatly appreciated.
