EAD/AP for myself while spouse on H4

Hi

My company is willing only to sponsor EAD/AP for myself only. If I receive my EAD /AP and use it and if my spouse does NOT have the EAD/AP for herself will she be out of status?

EAD

You can apply for ur wifes ead and ap on ur own based on ur status. it shoundt be a prob.

The spouse would be out of status if you use the EAD. As long as you don't use it, you are still on H1.
Your spouse probably has an I-485 pending as well, as your dependent. As was pointed out already, if that's the case, she can apply for EAD and AP herself.
