EAD processing time ( I140 and I 485 )

Hi friends,
I hv got my LC form Chicago, and now my lawyer has filed for my EAD ( 140 & 485 ).
Now chicago falls in to Nabraska Center, Does anyone knwos how long does it takes to clear EAD, i hv filed on EB2 catagory.

Somewhere i checkd Nabraska's Timmings, but it says somewhere in 2001, now if all depends on that date then it takes atlest 2.5 yrs to come....

Is that SO ???? 2.5 YEARSSSSSSS :O

That Nebraska office is a nightmare. I wouldn't wanna be an INS agent working there. Anyways I can answer on the EAD. Its roughly taking an average of about 3-4 months to get this.
