H4 and using EAD

Hi!! everyone

I have this confusion on using EAD while being on H4 staus. My situation is as follows:

My husband and myself have applied for I-485/EAD/AP recently. HE is not planning on using his EAD but will stay on H1 till we receive greencard.

Can i use EAD to work part-time and in that case will my H4 become VOID if I use EAD. Also, we donot have H1/H4 stamps on PP.

So, incase we travel do i also have to go to take H4 stamp along with H1 (husband) if I use EAD and not plan on using AP for returning to the United States.

Can someone please throw some light in this matter.

yes if you do not plan to use AP to reenter then you need H4 stamped. But since you plan to use EAd why not use AP to enter

Forget about the H4 visa (there is 0 benefit to stay on H4). Just go ahead and use the EAD/AP to work and re-enter the US.
