EAD Extension

Hi,

My EAD and AP are going to expire on 01/23/04. Can any one give me the procedure to extend the EAD/AP. Also, can you tell me if I have can do it my self or should I go through an attorney for these extensions.

I have no idea about the AP but as far as the EAD goes you can do this yourself. All I did was go to my local office pay my $120, they took my picture , I waited and they had my new card ready within minutes. Now my office is very small (Reno Nevada) and I went there 2 weeks before my card expired. The larger the office the longer the wait will be to even get into the building to see someone. Once there you could always ask them about your AP.
