NSC Advance Payroll

Hi,
Our EAD and advance payroll was filed on June 10 at NSC center. Mine was approved on August 8th. But I received a query on my spouse's EAD and AP. They wanted a colored copy of passport and ID. We have submitted both the document as of september 3.


Does anyone know how long it takes for RFE on EAD and AP to get a response ?

Any info will be appreciated.
