Urgent Advanced Parole Needed

My wife cane to the US on a H-4 Visa. I then added her to my I-485 application which is in the works now. She got her EAD and has a job thus H-4 is no longer valid. She applied for AP on July 2nd (RD). Now she learnt that she has to go to India as soon as posiible (next week) as her mother is not well. Is there a way to get AP process expedited?? Can she get an AP from the local INS Officce??
