Hi,
My wife's L2 is expiring on Dec 2008 and also her EAD on the same month.
My questions are
1) Can she goahead and renew her EAD,6 months prior i.e by June 2008, even though her L2 Visa is valid till Dec 2008(I am planning to get it restamped by dec .So she will be in L2 Only when she reenters)
2) Since i am going for a restamp,i will have to apply for an L1 extension petition.With the new petition,can she renew EAD.
3) What is the best stage (considering the above situation) to renew the EAD
