I currently have a pending AOS and have an EAD that I never used. I am still maintaining H1 status with my sponsoring employer which is due to expire at the end of 09/03. I have a part time job offer which I am willing to accept and work using my EAD. If I do this, will I lose my H1 status with my full time emploer and if yes, do I need to fill a new I9 form with them indicating that I'll be using my EAD from now on and not the H1?
If I quit my part time job before 09/03, can I still go back to H1 status with my full time employer thru the validity of my H1(09/03)?
