My EAD is expiring on 23rd of Mar 03. I am filling for my EAD immediately. So I am filling before 90days as the norm states. Lets say because of the holidays my receipt notice comes in Jan 03. This really does not leave 90days for me to go to the local INS office and ask for a extension. In which case will I be out of work authorization after 23rd. Can I continue to work ? Or will I have to give up the job for those few days untill I get my new EAD.
