Hello all,
My wife and I just received our EAD cards and AP documents last week. And we just noticed that our H1/H4 visas are expiring next month. Do we need to renew our visas?
Also the date on our I-94 form says valid until Nov 1 2002. Is that a problem ?
Also, kindly let me know that does my EAD kick in automatically as soon as my h1 expires ? How do I start using my EAD in case I dont want to renew my H1 ?
