Hello all,
I am currently a pending AOS applicant. and my spouse is in India.
1. Can I file for her green card through consular processing even before my case is approved. I know I can do a follow to join after my approval, but not sure if CP is possible before my approval.
2. If I switch to my EAD (foregoing my H-1 status) is there any way she can enter the USA as my dependent or otherwise. (I guess her F-1 visa application will be turned down , as she is married to a potential immigrant.)
