I am on L2 and currently I am working on EAD.
My EAD is supposed to expire in December 2007. And I am applying for EAD renewal in the next 2-3 days.
My question is after applying for EAD renewal, does every applicant have to personally appear at the local USCIS office for fingerprinting and photographs?
The last two times when I had applied for EAD I didi nto have to go to the USCIS office. They just mailed the EAD to me after processing.
Is this a new requirement?
