my PD and RD are August 2001, I applied for EAD on that date for my wife and myself . After 4 months (November) INS took my file for EAD and they found that we did submit enough info. So they asked us to send the correct one.
We sent everythig back 2 weeks ago hoping that will be o.k.
We phoned to the INS to find out, that the recorded msg says that it will take another 90 days and they will let know the decision
is it true that it will take another 90 days?
How can i come out of this loop?
