H1/H4/AP to be used for wife

Hi ,

I have filed my I-485 AOS ND 11/01 , done Finger Print 01/02 , rcvd. Advance Payrole AP 02/02 , EAD is due .
I am primary applicant ,wife is secondary applicant

1)My wife came on H4 , now on H1 ,passport still has H4 stamping. She has to go to India what should be her priority
a)get H1 stamped, b)use AP

2)Can she come on AP ,even though she has not showed it while going

3)If she uses AP will the primary applicant be forced to switch from H1 to H4

I would appreciate if somebody answers my queries

1. Try to get H1 stamped, if denied use AP.
2. Yes she can. All she has to do going out is that she has to hand over all the I94s.
3. No. Primary applicant continue to be using H1.
If she uses AP, she has to start using EAD.
