I would like to know, Is there is any provision for expedited AP (Advance Parole) processing when applying for I-485(Adjustment of Status).

You Can go to the local INS or nearest district office to get a AP. Got to have some valid reasons.

Copy of I485 receipt is better. It will have your name which will be verified with your passport/ID.
