iam travelling on AP as my H4 is expired and 485 in process.we are done with our FP.what if 485 gets approved when iam out of the country.is it ok for me to re-enter and get the stamping.
i recently heard that all approvals are having background check and cannot get their passports stamped,until one gets a letter from INS asking to get stamped.and permission to travel abroad is also not allowed.
please advise.
