Hello,
I am working on the forms 485 and 785.
I have a doubt in filling point 11 of the EAD from I-765:
It asks: "Have you ever before applied for empolyment authorization from USCIS?"
I worked several years ago in the US having an H1b visa, but don't remember whether an EAD was necessary for H1b related work.
If I have to answer the question "yes". how to I figure out at which USCIS office the application was made? What documentation should I attach?
I have only my old H1b visa in my passport.
