    I-864 Affidavit of Support/NEED ADVICE

    I forgot to ask:
    If my husband is going to work despite his disability (about minimum wage), can we then take his income as my affidavit of support by the time we have our AOS interview in about 1 year? Please let me know, if that's possible. Thanks.
