EAD in the Local INS office

Is it true that we can apply for an EAD card in the Local INS office and get it done in a day. My lawyer says he thinks it's possible at the Boston INS office.

Your input will be much appreciated.

Yes in Boston.

Most of the other places, you have to wait for 90 days after applying by mail before you can go there in person.

Interim Ead For Approved Cases

Hi Immihelp

Is it possible to get INTERIM EAD for approved cases? My 765 was approved on July 11th but I still haven't got the card. The website says it was mailed out on 31st august. I have taken an appointment with the local Dallas INS office for 22nd sep.

Please let me know.
