H1 petition and Advance parole

I have an approved H1B petition valid until 07/2002. My current 3 year visa has expired and I have filed for my 1 485.
1. Can I get my visa revalidated while in India.
2. Is Advance Parole required.
3. If Advance parole required , can I travel and have the 1 485 receipt and Advance Parole notice mailed to India and return with the same.
Please Help.
