Lost expired EAD card

I had an EAD card issue for the duration of practical training ot the end of my graduate studies.

Years later, I have cleared my I-140 application (Employment-based) and am getting ready for Consular processing. And I noticed that I absolutely cannot find my EAD card anywhere.

Is ther ANY way I can get either a duplicate of the thing (again, it expired several years ago, but I need it in order to show status), or a statement saying that such a card has been indeed issued at the time?

The EAD had been originally issued from Seattle, but used for work in California where I still reside.

I lost my Ead card that I received after finishing my master degree. Now I am applying for an EAD card as I will finish my Ph.D, but the copy of last EAD card is one the documents that is required for application. What is procedure when you don't have the copy of your last EAD card?

I searched immigration.com but could not find an answer. Also people ask questions but don't tell what happened or how did they solve their problems.

I had the same problem. I lost my old EAD card but I still have my old I-20 that shows I applied for OPT.
I explained the situation on I-765, saying that I applied for OPT before and was approved (under different SEVIS number) but I lost the expired EAD card.
I just received my approval notice for new OPT application.
