Hi,
1. AP expires in May'2001. Have not used EAD yet. Still has valid H4. If I get a job now I have to use my AP to travel. Going to India in Jan-Feb'2001 and will have to stay there beyond May'2001. (AP expires) Can my husband do renewal of my AP even if I am not physically in USA?
2. EAD expires in July'2001. If i don't use EAD,do I still have to renew it after a year? If I don't renew it will it get cancelled?
3. Does my husband looses his H1 status if he uses AP?
