Any recent AP/EAD approvals from CSC ?

I'd like to know if anybody has RECENTLY received
AP within the INS estimated 30 day period from CSC ?

Also can one can get the AP from the local INS office
in order to travel abroad. I think this is possible
with EAD after 90 days.
