I start processing my Adjustment of status 3 month ago. I just got my AP. But I have been out of status (my old H1 expired) for 10 months.
I am grand fathered under $245i (filled Labor Certif. before Jan 14, 1998) . I already paid the $ 1,000 fees.
If I were to travel ...
Question 1: can I re-enter safely ? Can I be found inadmissible and bared from re-entering ?
Question 2: if I re-enter OK, will I be 'flagged' during the process of my Ajust. of status ? Will this trigger that I get an interview ? Can I be at fault for leaving and re-entering without of status ?
Question 3: can I qualify for any waiver for not being found inadmissible ?
