My parents have applied for adjustment of status (I-485). They have AP to go to India. They are planning on a trip in the fist week of September. Their visa (tourist visa, expires on 17th September 2001). They plan to come back to the US in March 2002. When they come back, do they need to get tourist visa to come back, or now that they have a advance parole, the visa does not matter? Please clarify.
