What is ITPCF on I-94?

When I re-entered US with my AP and Pending I-485 receipt, I got a new I-94.
On I-94, there is a stamped black abbreviation "ITPCF". Also there is a red stamp with
Paroled until: AP expire date
Purpose: AOS

Anybody knows what is ITPCF?
